Subscription orders
If you would like to cancel your subscription, please do so before the 25th of the month before your box is scheduled to ship (for example to cancel June's box, we must be notified by May 25th). From the 25th forward, supplies have been ordered for the next box and refunds will no longer be a possibility for that month. Once the card on file has been charged, any cancellations made after this time will NOT receive a refund; you will still receive one final box/the final boxes paid for, and will not be charged for further boxes.

Skipping a month of your subscription is allotted twice in a row. On the third month of attempting to skip, you will be require to either cancel your subscription or receive the current box. After you receive a third box, your skip count resets and you are allowed to skip another two months in a row.

Ready-to-ship shop orders
Ready-to-ship shop orders have 48 hours OR until the shipping label has been printed (whichever happens first) to be canceled. Cancellations requested after items have been shipped cannot be processed. Any changes needed to be made to the order must be made prior to the order shipping. If a shipping label has already been printed, shipping information cannot be changed.

Preorder items 
Preorder items allow for up to 48 hours for any cancellations to be processed. After 48 hours, your preorder is locked in and accounted for in our inventory totals. If an address change is needed at any time during the preorder period, customer service can assist with this, however as soon as the shipping label has been printed no further changes can occur.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our boxes are non-returnable once they have shipped. If you have any discrepancies/issues with the product upon its arrival, please contact with images of the issue so customer service can assist with the appropriate steps. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These items are final sale.
