Membership is automatic and completely free! Simply create an account or place your first order, and you'll instantly become part of our rewards community. No additional sign-up steps required.

Your rewards dashboard provides a complete overview of your points balance, tier status, and available benefits. Visit the "Rewards" section to view your points history, redeem rewards, or check your progress towards the next tier level.

Advancing through our VIP tiers is simple: the more you spend, the higher your tier. Each tier has specific point requirements, and your progress is clearly displayed in your rewards dashboard. The more you engage with our program, the faster you'll unlock premium benefits.

Your reward points are yours to keep indefinitely. There's no expiration date, giving you complete flexibility to save and redeem your points whenever you choose. We believe in rewarding your loyalty on your terms.

Easy! Simply click on "Redeem Rewards" from the main loyalty program page and you'll automatically scroll to the section that lists which rewards you qualify for with your current point count. Select which reward you want and the points will be magically transformed into a reward code to use on your next purchase!

Please note that rewards are not combinable with any other code discounts at checkout. Rewards act as discounts in the system and therefore are not able to be combined with other discount codes. This can also occur with any sales or other deals being offered on the website at any time. This will always be clearly stated in the disclaimer of any future sales.

Rewards expire one year after they are created, so we recommend stockpiling your points until you're ready to use the reward!

Rewards are able to be applied to both new orders AND renewing orders! To use your rewards on a new purchase, simply enter your reward code in the discount code box at checkout and the value of your reward will be deducted from your total purchase.

Once Upon a Book Club Loyalty Reward tiers are a great way to earn more for being a regular OUABC shopper!

Tier 1: Reader - This is where you will begin your loyalty journey! As a Reader, you earn 1 point per dollar spent!

Tier 2: Bookworm - Spend $500 to become a Bookworm! As a Bookworm, you earn 1.2 points per dollar spent!

Tier 3: Bibliophile - Spend $1000 to become a Bibliophile! As a Bibliophile, you earn 1.5 points per dollar spent!

Once points have been redeemed for a reward, the reward is final. We cannot remove the reward from your account, nor can we convert the reward back to points, so be sure to choose wisely when redeeming your reward!

Loyalty points do not expire. Rewards expire one year after points have been redeemed so be sure to only redeem your points when you're ready to shop!
