Fall is officially here, and we’re loving it. This month is packed with a whole new stack of books begging for a place on our TBRs, plus we’re dropping our limited fall apparel! This month has everything we love: new books and cozy, cute tees and sweatshirts. 

September’s new releases are taking us everywhere from zombie-infested road trips and glamorous Alpine hotels to 1950s Cambridge, the high seas, Hollywood, and even the Paris Opera House. Witches, pirates, demons, second-chance romances, mysterious murders, and more than a few books already have us wondering how exactly we are supposed to choose what to read first.

So, naturally, we asked our team which September releases have caught their attention. Here are the books we’re most excited to get our hands on this month! Keep an eye out for the Tides of Betrayal Book Box featuring The Tempest by bestselling author Victoria Aveyard.

 

Doomsdate by Laura Piper Lee

Release Date: September 15th, 2026

A doomsday prepper, a film professor, an extremely awkward first date and…wait for it…zombies. Doomsdate takes Maisie and Everett from a dating app meet-up gone spectacularly wrong to a cross-country fight for survival. Throw in Everett’s cat, Chicken, some survival lessons, a little romance, and plenty of end-of-the-world chaos, and this sounds like one seriously entertaining ride.

Hollow Bones by Jodi Picoult

Release Date: September 15th, 2026
